Reviews and Ratings
The hotel serves its purpose without having to spend twice as much as other hotels in the town charged. The rooms are dated and in need of some repair/renovations, though they smelled extremely musty. The location is convenient to where we were going and allows easy access to the fortress and lighthouse. The dining options were a bit meagre and only started at 8 am, which was a drawback for early departures.
The hotel is situated conveniently near the Louisburgh Fort, making it easy to explore the attractions in town. The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable stay, although there was a slight issue with a moldy smell. The service was satisfactory, and the dining experience, while good overall, lacked promptness in attending to guests. The location is excellent for visiting the fortress, and the facilities meet basic needs for a pleasant stay.
The hotel was conveniently located in town, perfect for our motorcycle tour of Cape Breton, offering historical and scenic views.
The hotel served its purpose without having to spend twice as much as the other hotels in town charged. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a big stinky moldy smell that made us almost sick. The location was perfect for touring Cape Breton on our motorcycles, being very convenient to the lighthouse and the fortress. The dining options were limited as breakfast only started at 8 am, not aligning with our early schedule.
